Interior scope

Payment Terms

  • In case of any change, rejection, cancellation or stoppage from the client, client will Reimburse DOTARCH for any charges or expenses to which DOTARCH is committed at the time of the client’s request and pay DOTARCH fees covering items & work process.
  • If any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, The First party DOTARCH has completed right to suspend the provision of Services at our sole discretion & DOTARCH doesn’t hold any responsiblities against any dely in handover.
  • DOTARCH will not be responsible for any delay due to Non- payments.
  • The Second party assures DOTARCH against, and holds it harmless from any claims, costs, damages, expenses and actions by third parties, arising out of such,  rejection, cancellation or stoppage of the project from the client at any time after signing the contract.
  • Payment will be made within the terms stated on the invoice, if buyer fails to comply with any terms of payment, seller may withhold further deliveries.

 

Cancellation & Postponement Penalties:

  • Cancellation from the confirmation date or from the date of LPO (Local Purchase order ) will result in a 50% cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the LPO Amount. Postponement of 1 calendar month or less , will result in 50% postpone fees equivalent to the full value of the job as penalty . And it will not be credited to the client’s account when the new date is reinstated , client must pay the rebooking fee of 50% the full value of the job . in case of any cancelation after furniture mockup is done client is obligated to pay the full remaining amount of the project.
  • Cancellation: Except where the customer has a statutory right of termination, orders accepted by the seller may not be cancelled either wholly or in part without the consent in writing of the seller. You will receive a comprehensive Project schedule during the first presentation which outlines meetings, deadlines and committed jobs.

 

Scope of Work

  • The scope of work is limited to the items listed in this quotation. Any additional requirements will be treated as a separate.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All artworks and technical drawings provided remain the property of DOTARCH DESIGN until full payment is received.
  • Client may use the deliverables only for the specified project. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or modification without prior consent is prohibited.

 

Revisions

  • Up to 20% on 3D revisions are included in the quotation. Any additional revisions or design changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

 

Changes After Approval

  • Any modifications or changes requested on-site after the final approval of the 3D design and sample board will be considered additional work and will be charged separately. A new quotation will be provided for the extra work, and execution will proceed only after written confirmation and payment approval.

 

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payments may result in a suspension of work.
  • Late payments will incur a delay in submissions as the work will be paused till full payment is received.
  • Any modification in size or extra work will be charged.

 

Delivery Timeline

  • The specified timeline assumes prompt approvals and provision of required information from the client. Delays in client feedback may result in an adjusted timeline.

 

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details, including design concepts and financial terms.

 

Force Majeure

  • The company shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God.

 

Liability Limitation

  • The company’s liability is limited to the correction of deliverables within the agreed scope. The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the deliverables

 

Compliance with UAE Laws

  • All work will comply with UAE building codes and regulations

 

Cancellation and Refunds

  • In the event of project cancellation by the client, the company will retain payments for work completed up to the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for completed deliverables.

 

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.

  • In the event of project cancellation within 7 days of the handover date, DOTARCH Interior shall charge 100% of the BOQ amount to compensate for the resources, efforts, and planning invested in the project.
  • Project cancellation before 7 days will incur charges covering production, manpower, logistics, and other overhead costs incurred by DOTARCH during the project’s preparation phase.

 

Booth & Event Materials

  • All wooden flooring (platforms), Structure, electrical items, audio visual, furniture and all other material of the stand are on rental Basis. The above quotation is for the use of the stand or event for one time basis only and the stand or event material will be automatically scrapped during the dismantling onsite without further notice
  • DOTARCH reserves the right to revise the BOQ and project cost to accommodate approved material changes or additional requirements introduced by the Client during the project execution.
  • All products displayed in the design client will provide and not included in the quotation.
  • Artwork for printing of digital print graphics to be provided by the client, in high resolution file.
  • Installation & dismantling of the stand/event is included in the quotation.
  • Any modification in size or extra work will be charged.
  • Approvals from organizer / Mall management to be done from the client and not included in the scope of work.
  • The production of your stand/ event will start only after receiving 75% advance payment.
  • Quotations and Project Summary to be sent back with signature of person/s responsible to activate the project.
  • Payment will be made within the terms stated on the invoice, if buyer fails to comply with any terms of payment, seller may withhold further deliveries.
  • DOTARCH shall not be held responsible for any kind of delay for graphics in the event, if the artwork is not provided on time or any error occurred during the process of printing, all graphics to be provided in high resolutions soft copy.
  • DOTARCH will not be responsible of clients’ equipment (Machines etc) installation or dismantling on site (buildup, during show, after dismantling).
  • Any approvals, permit, charges/fees from Govt. and non- Govt. are excluded in scope of work and shall be by the client as per actuals.
  • Buyer will have no right to set off any amounts due to payable to seller here under against any claim or charge buyer may have against seller.

Equipment Usage:

  • Equipment, such as structure-supporting tools and scaffolding provided by DOTARCH Interiors, shall remain for he exclusive use of DOTARCH Interior during project execution.

 

Client’s Property During Dismantling

  • DOTARCH Interiors is not responsible for any loss or damage to the client’s belongings left on-site during the dismantling stage. It is the client’s responsibility to remove or secure their items before dismantling begins.

 

Structure Calculation & approval

  • The cost specified in the BOQ does not cover structure calculation and approval costs from relevant authorities. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary structural calculations and approvals as required by local regulations for the successful.
  • Any request for the usage of such equipment by the Client or other parties will be subject to additional charges and approval
